New Passage

In autumn of 2018, the reconstruction was completed in Passage Shopping Center. Renovated spaces are already occupied by new tenants. One of the oldest galleries of St. Petersburg opens a new chapter in its history.
After a complete restoration, the ground floor, which was meant to be a gastronomic one, has finally opened its doors for visitors. 
By the way, this idea belongs to the founder of Passage, Jacob Stenbock-Fermor.
In October 2018, a new food market “Land Tunnel” from “Land” supermarket chain  began to work. This store has a unique store format for St. Petersburg that includes tasting corners and a specialized section with collection wines for true connoisseurs.
 
In addition to the food market, here on the ground floor you can find “University Pharmacy”, “Bouquet  Formula” flower shop, the dry-cleaner and “Contrast” apparel repair shop, as well as souvenir shops and others.
Passage ground floor connects Nevsky Prospect with Italyanskaya Street and creates a comfortable walking “corridor” for citizens. This is a bright spot on a shopping food street and a new point of cultural attraction on the map of the city.
 
In November, the panoramic GRILL#FACTORY restaurant, located on the third floor of Passage, opened. During summer season, visitors will have an opportunity to admire the magnificent panorama of Nevsky Prospekt from its open terrace.
 
Furthermore, on the first floor of the shopping gallery there is a Chinese restaurant - Tiger Lily. It is another successful project of the founders of “Jack & Chan” restaurant, which became a gastronomic discovery of 2018 in St. Petersburg.
 

The list of main tenants of Passage first floor is also changing. For instance, in November, a famous Russian brand “Radical Chic” opened its first corner in Petersburg, as well as the Mongolian cashmere boutique “Gobi” celebrated the opening at the end of 2018.
