Passage and Masters School are starting an original guided tour telling the history of the Shopping Center. Tourists will be the first to get on the roof of Passage, which will be opened after a full-scale renewal; will check a basement of Passage, known as the "tunnel"; they will also hear a fascinating history of the building, which turned 170 this year. What is more, the tour includes a visit to Komissarzhevskaya Theatre, the tour participants will see the auditorium and the roof of the hotel, where there was a famous restaurant in the nineteenth century.

The unique feature of the route is that Passage, Komissarzhevskaya Theatre open their doors for organized excursion groups for the first time.

You will enjoy the stories telling how D'Anthes is connected with the history of Passage Shopping Center, why the theater prima actress Vera Komissarzhevskaya helped revolutionaries and how decadent young people and famous Silver Age writers spent their time in the “Stray Dog” cafe.
