On November 29-th, Consul General of Switzerland in St. Petersburg, Roger M. Kull, opened the award ceremony for the winners of “Golden Trezzini” competition.
Among 170 projects accepted for the competition, the jury selected the best ones in 10 main and two special nominations.
The project of Passage shopping gallery renovation won in the nomination “The best Implemented Restoration / Reconstruction Project of the Architectural Monument ” in the category “Architecture as an Art”.

The "Golden Trezzini" competition is named after Domenico Trezzini (1670–1734) - the first architect of St. Petersburg, Switzerlandborn.
The competition takes place in St. Petersburg with the support of the Consulate General of Switzerland.
The motto of the competition is “Real Estate as an Art”.
The main goal of the competition is to identify projects in the field of restoration, reconstruction and new construction as well as interior design, landscape and infrastructure. Each project has its own aesthetics that corresponds to the legacy of St. Petersburg architectural traditions.
The competition is held in several nominations. Developers and tenant builders, architects and project designers, designers and decorators that work in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, as well as students of architectural universities and departments are invited to participate.
